WHAT WE DO

My Mission Consulting helps California businesses achieve SB 553 workplace violence prevention compliance using FBI-proven behavioral threat assessment methodologies. As of July 1, 2024, California law requires all employers with 10+ employees to have comprehensive workplace violence prevention programs—including written plans, training, incident logs, and annual reviews. We deliver complete compliance programs in 30 days, 100% remotely, serving medical practices, law firms, financial services, manufacturing companies, private schools, and professional offices across California. Our approach combines strategic program design, behavioral threat assessment, and insider threat detection—moving beyond generic templates to create real protection that prevents violence before it occurs.
